Call for Prospective Members: The Craft League of Champaign-Urbana
Thank you for your interest in joining The Craft League of Champaign-Urbana (CLCU)!
We welcome new members each April. Membership dues are $25 and should be submitted by April 30. You can pay in one of the following ways:

Membership Details
Please take a moment to complete our membership form. This ensures we have your details on file and allows us to include your information on our upcoming member page on the website (currently in progress) if you are interested in that.
CLCU Art Shows
We host two art shows annually:
The Craft League Collab and Art Market
Held every April as part of the Boneyard Arts Festival.
Open to all members who collaborate on an art project with another member.
The Craft League Annual Art Fair
Held in November and is a juried show.
All artists are welcome to apply.
Meetings
We hold monthly meetings at the Champaign Library on the first Tuesday of each month, alternating between morning and evening times. An email is sent one week prior with the agenda, time, date, and location details.

Community and Promotion
Access to our private Facebook group for members to share works in progress, discuss upcoming events, ask questions, and connect with fellow artists.
Opportunities to promote your events through the CLCU’s Facebook page, Instagram, and BlueSky.
Inclusion on our upcoming website member page, which will feature your name, contact details, website, and an image of your work.
Propanel Rentals
Members will be able to rent ProPanels for either three or seven days. (Pricing and security deposit details will be announced soon.)
Independent Media Center (IMC) Membership
As a CLCU member, you are also a member of the Urbana-Champaign Independent Media Center (UC-IMC), with access to these benefits:
Book small group meetings (up to 20 people) at the IMC for up to three hours per week at no charge.
Attend workshops on health and wellness, arts and culture, and more.
Rent the IMC venue at discounted rates for events such as birthday parties, concerts, workshops, discussions, and markets.
Exhibit your artwork for free, complete with an opening reception and an interview to support your marketing efforts.
